Facilities and services included in this agreement (in addition to the 3 hospitals above) are:
· Baptist Breast Center, Little Rock
· Baptist Eye Center, Little Rock
· Baptist Health Imaging Center - West, Little Rock
· Baptist Health Nuclear Imaging Center, Little Rock
· Baptist Health Therapy Centers (state-wide)
